preempção, radicalização, aceleração

O artigo aborda a participação de agentes tecnológicos em problemas sistêmicos que vêm corroendo o ambiente democrático no Brasil, EUA e alhures, recolocando-a em termos metapolíticos, ou seja, de como as grandes plataformas digitais se colocam como “alternativas totais” ao sistema democrático. O argumento é desenvolvido com foco na temporalidade sócio-técnica, mais precisamente, em como a plataformização da vida aprisiona nossas democracias em conjunturas paradoxais de crise e liminaridade permanentes. Com base na ecologia da mente de Gregory Bateson, o artigo desenvolve duas dimensões deste processo, através de exemplos empíricos à direita do espectro político: a lógica operativa da preempção e radicalização, no caso dos públicos extremos do bolsonarismo; e a preparação e aceleração ao fim do mundo, no caso das ideologias neoreacionárias da indústria tech estadunidense.
