Inteligência artificial, imperialismo e esperanças contra-hegemônicas

Este artigo investiga as relações entre as inteligências artificiais (IAs) e as noções e império de Hardt e Negri e de império IA de Tacheva e Ramasubramanian. Proponho que estas noções devem ser repensadas considerando a situação geopolítica corrente. Para essa correção, retomo a noção de imperialismo atualizando-a para o contexto tanto da crítica pós-moderna quanto da atuação das IAs como novas tecnologias disruptivas imperiais. Mostro ainda alguns pontos fortes e fracos da resposta brasileira às novas condições por uma análise do Plano Brasileiro de Inteligência Artificial (PBIA).
